With a degree in Healthcare Management from Cal State Long Beach and early experience in healthcare administration at Kaiser Permanente, Annika has always been drawn to roles where she can make a meaningful impact. Before joining our firm, Annika worked at Masimo, a leading pulse oximetry manufacturer, where she developed a strong foundation in cutting-edge medical technologies and the complexities of the industry. Today, she leverages her knowledge and experience to help clients based in both Southern and Northern California to navigate the critical engineering and compliance challenges they face in bringing safe, effective medical devices to market.
