POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a sales pioneer! We’re looking for people who are interested in working for a great company with untapped potential. The ISR is responsible for the initial phases of B2B sales outreach including outbound sales, initial customer engagement and prospective customer follow up.
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a sales pioneer! We’re looking for people who are interested in working for a great company with untapped potential. The ISR is responsible for the initial phases of B2B sales outreach including outbound sales, initial customer engagement and prospective customer follow up.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist SQR1 management with building out sales target and client data
- Lead efforts in developing new business on behalf of SQR1 via marketplace research, lead generation, new client outreach
- Establish new client relationships and track client opportunities
- Position outside sales representatives with formal meetings to discuss SQR1 capabilities and client projects
- Evaluate market trends and recommend services to customers based on their business needs and goals as well as competitive landscape and local market conditions.
- Drive personal vehicle to attend customer meetings, conventions, networking events, etc
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years’ experience performing inside sales with a 4-year college degree from an accredited university (3-5 years’ experience performing inside sales without a college degree)
- Experience doing outbound cold calling on a daily basis to brand new leads
- Prior experience developing customer/ contact lead lists and doing initial outreach to potential customers
- Experience developing and maintaining long term customer relationships and engagements
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills which can be used in an inside sales capacity
- Well versed with PC Products, including Microsoft Office software tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
COMPENSATION:
- Base salary will range from $55-80k, depending on experience
- Additional bonus structure may be offered based on both individual merit and company performance

FLSA Classification: Exempt, salaried employee

- Must have a valid CA drivers’ license while holding automotive insurance which meets our Company standards
