As a Technical Services Representative at Square 1 Engineering, he works with medical device companies across California—especially in the San Diego and Bay Area regions—to understand their needs with R&D, manufacturing, and RAQA, and connect them with the right project support.
Before joining SQR1 in 2024, Scott specialized in Clinical Operations and Biopharma consulting at Phaidon International, where he developed a thorough understanding of regulated industries and cross-functional team dynamics. He holds a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon, and brings both analytical insight and genuine curiosity to every client interaction. Leveraging his experience, he guides SQR1 clients through resource planning, project strategy, and scalable execution. From M&A transitions to CAPA solution planning and resolving, and mechanical design work—Scott is your dedicated partner, connecting you with the right technical support and consulting expertise to strategically advance your medical device project. His team has supported work on a wide range of devices including insulin pumps, IVL systems, and cochlear implants. When he's not working with clients, you’ll likely find him staying active—on the basketball court, golfing, running, or enjoying the beach with his family and dog. |
