R&D Engineer

​POSITION SUMMARY:
R&D Engineers love to dream and create, we love to give you the opportunity to do so!  We're looking for a strong R&D engineer who has a passion for working with small disposable devices.  We need your help to get to design freeze then jump the wall into pilot builds.  

​JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write plans, protocols, reports, drawings and technical summaries related to design controls; 
  
• Participate in pre-clinical studies to characterize device performance and capture design inputs;
  
• Conduct verification and validation testing with laboratory technicians; 
• Support efforts within risk management
  
• Help lead company through design freeze efforts into initial NPI pilot phase
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Well versed with design controls from beginning to end
  
• Knowledgeable in risk assessments strategy and efforts
  
• Capable of performing design V&V testing
  
• Perform statistical analysis and compile documentation supporting findings for executive review
  
• Pre-Clinical experience with Class II (a or b) or Class III medical device products
