How Our Training Courses Work
Our medical device training courses are built to be customized to address your specific business needs, technology and operations.
Step 1: Customize your training materialTraining begins with a cursory assessment of your current operations, followed by the creation of a tailormade training plan. Prior to kicking off your training course our expert trainers meet with our customers to go over the agenda and approach to ensure the content of your course address your business needs.

Step 2: Select your training type
Square-1's medical device training courses all come offered in three session approaches, allowing our customers to further customize their training experience. We offer sessions that span over one, three, or five days. You can pick what works for your team.
Step 3: Arranging logistics
Training sessions can be held either onsite at client offices or virtually and include learning material & workbooks. Depending on the training length, our team also supports clients with key logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes:
- Pre-training introductions to course content
- Food and beverage coordination
- Audio/visual setup
- Facility arrangements
Step 4: Attendee presentationsAs training gets underway, our expert trainers utilize a hands-on learning approach with attendees which incorporates both an industry hands-on approach with work examples which are relevant to attendees, along with traditional academic learning.
For our 3-day and 5-day training sessions attendees will be asked for do a formal presentation to the group at the conclusion of the training to further encourage learning and comprehension of course material. |
Step 5: From training to action
At the conclusion of your training course all attendees will receive a certificate of completion for the course; your management team will receive an end-of-training executive summary providing insights gained from the sessions, as well as tips and guidance on how to ensure your attendees knowledge is put to work moving forward.
