STEP 3: TRAINING LOGISTICS
Our training session(s) can be accomplished onsite at our customers offices or virtually, and includes all learning material & workbooks necessary for attendees. Depending on the duration of the training our team works with our clients to conclude a variety of other logistics important to the success of the training, including:

- audio/ visual requirements

STEP 4: ATTENDEE PRESENTATIONS
As training gets underway, our expert trainers utilize a hands-on learning approach with attendees which incorporates both an industry hands-on approach with work examples which are relevant to attendees, along with traditional academic learning.
For our 3-day and 5-day training sessions attendees will be asked for do a formal presentation to the group at the conclusion of the training to further encourage learning and comprehension of course material. |
STEP 5: CARRYING KNOWLEDGE INTO THE FUTURE
At the conclusion of your training course all attendees will receive a certificate of completion for the course; your management team will receive an end-of-training executive summary providing insights gained from the sessions, as well as tips and guidance on how to ensure your attendees knowledge is put to work moving forward.
